This section allows requests concerning Zambon Sweden's products and initiatives. We ask users to please keep the personal information provided to a bare minimum and, if possible, to refrain from referring to their own health. Zambon Sweden will use the personal data provided by users for the sole purpose of processing their requests. In general, data provided by users will be stored electronically for the time necessary to send a response, which will be sent by e-mail (or, in special circumstances, handled over the phone) by a data processor, except for cases in which longer storage is required by regulations or for the purposes of defending rights in court (management of claims, etc.). Data may be forwarded to third parties (public authorities) only if provided for by law, but they will not be disseminated.

In the event you believe your rights have been breached, you may turn to the competent authority pursuant to Art. 77 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016, without prejudice to the possibility of turning directly to judicial authorities.
